Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation with skimpy maceration made from wild yeasts on grapes, in small stainless steel containers, at controlled temperature of 24°C.
Aging
Leave slowly to refer to low temperature, finally place in the bottle with a slight carbon dioxide residue.

Tasting Note
The ruby red color, from the fine and persistent perlage, to the nose expresses fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry, in the mouth is soft and precise, with the right balance between the tannic and soft components.
