Saia, its name taken from the Arab word for the irrigation canals built centuries ago to collect rainwater, is made with 100 percent Nero d’Avola, an extraordinary grape capable of producing intense, full bodied wines. The alberello method of cultivation and the aging in French oak make it a wine that stands alone in its category.

Great sweet wine can’t miss in a cellar intending to preserve the best traditions of Sicilian wine. Especially a wine expression of the character of a magic grape, in perfect harmony with the island like Moscato. A wine that enchants and reminds of the Baroque town of Noto, rich, wonderful impact, yet alanced and refined.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian from Feudo Maccari estate comes from the selection of the best Sicilian cultivar:
Nocellara and Moresca.
In order to protect its important nutritional quality, the olive oil is obtained through cold mechanical procedures of extraction with temperatures below 27°C. The olive oil has a green-gold colour, a very fruity and full bodied aroma and taste, with hints of green tomatoes, grass clippings, almond, hazelnut and artichoke. Thanks to its excellent organoleptic characteristics and its great harmony, it can be considered a "universal" olive oil and suitable for every gastronomic use.
